Deze jaarlijkse benchmark is het resultaat van interviews met bijna 1750 marketeers.<br />
Opmerkelijk is dat uit het rapport blijkt dat de reguliere marketing tactieken qua effectiviteit met 50% gedaald zijn.</p>

<li>Uitgaven aan website, e-mail marketing,social media, pr en crm groeien</li>
<li>Een op de vier bedrijven twittert</li>
<li>Drie van de vier B2B-bedrijven stellen niet het rendement vanhun marketinguitgaven vast</li>
<li>Slechts 12% van de organisaties brengt een weldoordachte social media-strategie in de praktijk</li>
<li>Nederlandse B2B bedrijven doen veel minder aan contentmarketing dan B2B bedrijven in de US en UK</li>
